‘Cold’ is the new single from psychotherapist and singer-songwriter, Laura Fell. The track comes from Fell’s upcoming debut album, Safe From Me, and tells of the “search for answers from a woman always expected to have them to hand.” The track opens with clunky percussion, almost threatening percussion, before eventually introducing an electric mixture of instruments to the industrial landscape. The track feels driven by its lyrics, so it makes a lot of sense to find out that Fell started out as a poet whose writings felt more like songs. Safe For Me is shaping up to be a dreamy, eclectic mixture of brilliant tracks. -Dan Peeke
